collection time

About fermentation

White mold grows when it goes well fermentation. This is bacillus subtilis's spore. The thing that fermentation ends is shown.
About the fermentation room
There is a room of the gross cloth when it digs up the soil and it paves, and straw and the Japanese pampas grass are grown on the inside. Though this is an established theory

About water
